A calm, structured group program supporting adults to build confidence, everyday life skills, and social capability in a safe, facilitated environment.

This 8-week Life Skills program supports NDIS participants to strengthen everyday living skills, communication, emotional regulation, and community participation.
The program is practical and strengths-based, delivered in a calm, non-clinical setting using a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming approach.
Sessions are delivered by professionally qualified teachers and counsellors with experience in disability, mental health, adult education, and group facilitation.
This is a capacity-building program (not therapy) and is suitable for adults with psychosocial disability, autism, and mixed support needs.

Participants can join in, observe, or step out when needed.
